To promote the health and safety of our communities, face masks are required for guests and associates in all public areas. While dining in our restaurant, you don’t need to wear a mask. However one is required if not dining or while in other parts of the premises outside your villa.
We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, with recommended cleaning agents and sanitising.
A temperature check is carried out on all guests using a thermal gun. Due to the nature of COVID-19 to help protect you, and other guests, if you have flu or cold-like symptoms AVOID travel, as we will deny check in to any guest who exhibits any of the MOH guided symptoms for COVID-19, including anyone with body temperature above 38°.
Guests are required to use hand washing stations, as well as hand sanitizers that have been installed at our entrance before check in and we encourage regular use during their stay.
Our reception desk, payment terminals and room keys are disinfected on a regular basis and disinfected after each guest interaction.
The check-in procedure includes mandatory health declaration. Failure to express the statement may result in the inability to provide service.
More rigorous cleaning of all guest villas and surfaces, we are providing sanitisers in guest areas.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. A maximum of two people are allowed at our reception office during check in, and we also ensure that guest numbers are maintained according to MOH guidelines in all areas under guest and staff use.
We shall observe the Government recommended timings and we shall therefore have the last Check-in from 12:00hrs up to 1 Hour to curfew. Please check current curfew timings or call our reception for assistance.
Check – Out 10:00hrs
Late Check Out: On request and if available we may extend for 1 hr, late check out till 6pm is charged at 75% of the room rate, thereafter a full night rate applies. If needed please contact our reception to confirm availability.
We have flexible cancellation policies depending on the period booked, please check on your booking form when making a reservation.

Third parties are required to follow Kuniville Guest House cancellation policy set out above. If you have booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly who will explain the options for modification, cancellation or credit voucher applicable to your booking. A deposit of at least one night is required to guarantee a reservation. Bookings without a deposit are subject to a 6pm release on the date of arrival. If arriving later than 6pm and without a deposit please advice via email to stay@kunivilleguesthouse.co.ke
We accept VISA, Master Card , MPESA, Bank Transfers & Cash payments in Kenya Shillings.
Government taxes are are charged currently at; VAT of 14% and Catering Levy of 2%.
Our Booking engine and approved third party sites will display the final amount for booking(s), in Kenya Shillings or other currency that they support.
